After 30 days there are no returns and the product warranty applies. In order to receive a refund, please contact one of our customer service representatives at 1-866-632-9191 to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA). You will need to provide your original sales order number for a merchandise credit or credit card refund. If shipping was charged for delivery (ie rush shipping charges, international shipping charges, etc.,) those shipping charges are not refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and COD packages are not accepted. Any discounts given will be subtracted from returned merchandise refunds. Damaged or missing items noticed upon delivery should be reported promptly and will be replaced at our expense. Returned products must be in original condition.
